Sentiers

Sometimes books pull you into their magical world with incredible force. You give in and fall, forgetting everything else… Fall further and further, not feeling the bottom, like Alice into the rabbit hole. “Sentiers” is exactly one of those books.

The main character, together with the reader, goes on a journey through the pages of the book. You walk through majestic forests with trees like giants, along magical fox trails, past lakes hidden beneath the moss, and rocky mountains vanishing into the clouds. On each page, a new landscape unfolds, and in each of them, the hero seems to try to find something… a sight? A feeling? Maybe a sign?

With every page, the colors change, the sun moves across the sky, and the plants transform, creating a sense of constant motion.

The text by Guia Risari and the illustrations by Andrea Calisi do not just tell a story, they draw the reader along, leading them deeper and deeper into their magical dimension.
